Angela Patete is a corporate leader and strategist with more than 35 years of experience operating inside complex power systems, bringing a rare ability to translate lived leadership experience into insight, clarity, and grounded guidance.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Angela spent more than 35 years building a successful career in corporate leadership and technology sales, including nearly two decades with Apple, where she became a top-performing sales executive serving K–12 education. She understands strategy, influence, negotiation, and results from lived experience inside competitive, male-dominated environments, while simultaneously developing a keen intuitive awareness that informed her guidance long before she had language for it.
Angela’s tenure at Apple was marked by sustained excellence and measurable impact. She earned multiple sales awards and national accolades, including being ranked the #1 Account Executive in the United States twice, achieving the #1 position as the top Account Executive in the Eastern U.S., and receiving multiple award trips. She was also perennially ranked in the top five nationally for value-added professional services, professional learning, and AppleCare attach rates.
Angela and her team served Western Pennsylvania and the state of West Virginia. Upon her retirement at the end of 2025, West Virginia stood as the only state in the country with an Apple penetration rate approaching 70% market share, again ranking #1 nationally for sustainable market-share penetration. Together, Angela and her team built and maintained turnkey, reliable, and customer-first strategies that drove consistent success year over year, including through the unprecedented challenges of the 2020 pandemic.
And within those years, she listened to a deeper call.
After decades of achievement, motherhood, marriage, and responsibility, Angela experienced a profound inner awakening, one that carried her beyond external success and into embodied sovereignty. She apprenticed in shamanic and energy-based practices, reclaimed her intuitive intelligence, and stepped into her work as The Rose Heart, a soul oracle, liberation catalyst, and guide for women remembering who they are beneath conditioning, obligation, and inherited silence.
Angela now bridges two worlds. She speaks the language of business and the language of spirit. She understands money, power, systems, and psychology, and she understands leadership, the heart, and the intuitive intelligence of the feminine. Her work lives at the intersection where these forces meet, dissolve distortion, and restore balance.
Through public speaking, transformational events, social media storytelling, and one-on-one work, Angela supports and activates women to reclaim their agency, authority, and self-trust. She is known for her clarity, warmth, humor, and unapologetic truth-telling, offering insight that is both grounding and catalytic.
Angela is the author of Women, Sex, & Power. The Matriarch’s Rise in the Age of Awakening. She is a proud mother to an adult son and a devoted cat mom to her tuxedo companion, Cupid. A lifelong Pittsburgher and avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Angela can often be found around the city, whether in the Strip District, on the North Shore, in the Cultural District, at a music venue or local festival, or enjoying time with friends at one of Pittsburgh’s vibrant restaurants.
She is a fitness and mindfulness enthusiast, values time for restoration, often found traveling to the Caribbean or enjoying cruise vacations, and remains actively involved in women-centered groups and causes throughout the Pittsburgh community. She also happens to have a fondness for collecting one-of-a-kind stemless wine glasses.

The Story Behind the Consulting Collective, HERera™
The original spark for HERera™ emerged during the writing of Women, Sex, and Power. As we explored the HERera archetype together, real-world questions, ideas, and insights began to expand the vision far beyond the page. It quickly became clear this was more than a chapter or a framework. It was a living body of work that needed its own space, its own vision, and its own expression in the world.
In that moment, not one HER was born, but two. The archetype and the enterprise. With that realization, partnership felt both natural and inevitable. HERera™, as a leadership model and a business, was never meant to be built alone.
We came together because we recognized something rare and powerful when two aligned women lead side by side with shared values, mutual respect, and distinctly different strengths. We did not partner because we are the same. We partnered because we are complementary.
